Every so often parents and/or skaters will insist on purchasing skates that are outside our recommendations. It is important that staff provide information on getting a good fit and an appropriate model for that skaters height, weight and ability. Should the customer insist on going against North Edge staff recommendations, it is of critical importance the customer read and sign the Skate Fitting Waiver. Following this process waivers must be placed in the Skate Fitting binders for future reference. A note on the customers account must also be made.
