Purchasing Skates Without a Fitting

We are very pleased to help you with your skate purchase. However, purchasing skates over the phone, or online without a professional fitting does come with its own set of challenges. We take pride in personally fitting skaters to the correct boot, but without having the skater (and their foot) present, we are unable to guarantee that the skates you are purchasing will fit. In addition, customizing boots through methods like heat molding and punching is not possible without the skater present.

What if my skates don't fit?
Once your skates have been shipped, if you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the items within 7 days and we will provide you with an in store credit. After 7 days, we will be happy to consign the skates on your behalf. ​​

Used Skates
Although we have portrayed the merchandise as accurately and honestly as possible, we welcome requests for further information or photos prior to shipment.

Special Orders
For skate orders there will be a 50% deposit required before we make the order.
