Special Event Procedure

1.  The interested party must first contact Susie at the city to secure ice. We do not have allocated ice for Special Events.  (Payment for ice gets paid to the city)
2. Once they have secured the ice they are to fill in our form
3. Event category  (company or non-profit fundraiser). In either case we do not charge admission, as they are paying for the ice, we just charge labor rate and any rentals. 

​Company 

• They pay us labor rate 
• They decide if they want to pay for all rentals or if they will make their guests pay individually for them 

Non-Profit

• ​They do pay labour rate
• ​They can decide if they make it all free and collect donations for people, or we can charge usual rental fee and give them the cheque after the event. ​
