July 28: *Retail Staff and Skate Technicians only* Skate Technician Manual and Workshop Presentation PowerPoint (Skate Product Knowledge)
March 18th: Last day of skating program, please make sure you return keys and jackets to the arena.
January 10, 2020: Retail Staff: Please review the NE Calendar WS+OS Planner regularly to ensure you are up to date with On-Site Events
January 1st: Retail Staff: When entering auction net for skating programs payment option, do not enter the amount of the certificate but just the amount to cover the cost for the program. Example Certificate shows LTS class and lists value at $150 but they signed up for LTS that costs less than this they don't get to use this for something else, like adding another adult skate program and using $50 from the auction net LTS credit.... that's a NO. If they wanted the full value of the certificate they should have signed up right away.

November 24th:
New page (Skate Fitting Procedures) has been created (top right of this page). All retail staff must read.
Also note that we do not charge heat molding or punching for customers who have bought that pair of skates with us.
