DELIVERY

In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays and competitions.

• Ground orders arrive 5-14 business days from the shipped date
• Express orders arrive 2-5 business days from the shipped date

An email will be sent to you with Canada Post tracking number. 

COURIER AND ADDRESS INFORMATION

Orders placed with North Edge Ice Sports will be shipped via Canada Post. The address entered must be a valid Canadian address and cannot be changed once an order has been placed. PO boxes are accepted.

If you wish to ship to the US please select in store pick up and email us your shipping address in order for us to determine the shipping cost. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The inventory available on our website is very similar to that of our stores. At times, we will experience a high demand for a certain style in our stores and online, which may result in your item being unavailable. If this occurs, you will be notified about the unavailability shortly. Your method of payment will not be charged for this item.

SHIPPING METHOD AND PRICING

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the size of your merchandise, excluding taxes and special offers.

The following shipping methods are available:

Returns

**No Refunds:** Jewelry, tights, bodysuits, consignment items (such as skates or clothing), shop services (including sharpening and blade mounting), and shipping charges are non-refundable.

For special order items, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Eligible items can be returned in their original packaging with tags within 30 days of purchase.

If you choose not to purchase skates from us, the skate fitting appointment fee is non-refundable.
